By placing an order through our Store, you agree to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy, as well as our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.

Important: Do not send any item back without prior written return authorization from us. Returns sent without authorization may be refused, delayed, or deemed ineligible for refund or exchange.
3. Eligibility for Returns
We may accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the documented delivery date
- The item is in new, unused, uninstalled, and resalable condition
- The item is returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, parts, and included components
- The item has not been altered, assembled, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
- The return has been reviewed and approved in writing by our team
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or may be subject to partial refund only, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
- Clear photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage
We reserve the right to investigate all claims and may request additional documentation before approving a return, replacement, partial refund, repair assistance, or other resolution.
Approval of a damage, defect, or incorrect item claim does not eliminate the customer's responsibility to return the item if we request its return. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by us in writing, the customer remains responsible for arranging and paying for return shipment, including the return shipping label.
5. Return Authorization Procedure
Before returning any item, you must contact us and obtain return authorization. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return authorization may include:
- The approved return address
- Any packaging or carrier requirements
- The deadline by which the item must be shipped
- Any documentation required for processing
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization unless a longer period is provided in writing. If the item is not shipped within that time, the authorization may be canceled and the return may no longer be eligible.
6. Return Shipping and Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs in all approved return cases, including but not limited to non-defective returns, exchanges, unwanted items, buyer’s remorse returns, and returns related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
This means the customer is responsible for:
- Purchasing the return shipping label
- Arranging shipment with a carrier
- Ensuring the product is properly packaged for transit
- Any insurance, tracking, signature confirmation, or carrier surcharges
- Any costs associated with refused delivery, failed delivery, reconsignment, or reshipment
We do not provide prepaid return labels as part of our standard return process. We strongly recommend that all returns be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping service.
The customer bears the risk of loss or damage during return transit until the returned item is received and accepted by our authorized return location. We are not responsible for returned packages lost, delayed, misdelivered, stolen, or damaged in transit.
We do not accept COD shipments, freight collect shipments, or unauthorized returns sent to an address other than the one provided in the return authorization.
7. Restocking Fee and Non-Refundable Charges
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee calculated based on the product price. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The following amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Original shipping charges
- The $60 shipping fee charged on orders under $100
- Return shipping costs
- Carrier surcharges, duties, special handling fees, or delivery-related service fees
- Any charges resulting from customer error, refused delivery, incorrect address entry, or failure to accept delivery
8. Inspection and Refund Process
Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility and condition. Approval of a return request does not guarantee approval of a refund until inspection is completed.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and approved upon inspection
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days
- Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
- If a returned item is not eligible for refund, we may reject the return or offer to ship the item back to you at your expense
We reserve the right to reduce any refund amount to account for restocking fees, missing parts, original shipping charges, signs of use, packaging damage, or diminished value, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Exchanges and Replacements
Exchanges and replacements may be offered at our discretion, subject to product availability and eligibility review.
- Approved exchanges remain subject to the same return authorization requirements
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and return label costs for the original item
- If a replacement item is shipped, additional shipping charges may apply unless otherwise stated in writing
10. Non-Returnable and Excluded Items
We do not accept returns for the following items, except where required by applicable law:
- Items reported outside the applicable reporting or return window
- Used, installed, assembled, altered, or damaged items not caused by transit-related issues documented within 48 hours
- Items missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, tags, or parts
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Sanitary, intimate, or personal-use items where return is not appropriate for health or hygiene reasons
- Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items marked as such on the product page
11. Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information, failure to receive delivery, or similar customer-related reasons, any refund issued may be reduced by:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Carrier penalty fees
- Applicable restocking fees
12. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the approved return process, if eligible
