This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through ultimatewellnessfitness.com are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled in the event of shipping-related issues.

2. Shipping Destinations

United States

  • We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
  • We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.

Future Expansion

We may expand shipping coverage in the future. If we do, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100 shipped within our eligible U.S. delivery area.
  • Standard Shipping: $60 on orders under $100 shipped within our eligible U.S. delivery area.

All shipping charges are shown at checkout before your purchase is completed. Applicable sales tax may also be charged where required by law.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Our estimated total delivery time is 3 to 9 business days from the date the order is placed. This timeframe includes both order processing/handling time and carrier transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Certain items may require additional processing or transit time. If so, the applicable product page or order communication may provide additional details.

Orders are shipped using reputable national or regional carriers. Depending on the item, destination, size, or supplier fulfillment method, we may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar delivery services.

Shipment Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Tracking availability may vary depending on the product, carrier, or supplier.

Shipping Insurance

Some shipments may include carrier-provided or merchant-provided protection against loss or transit damage where applicable. Any remedy remains subject to carrier confirmation, internal review, and the terms of our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@ultimatewellnessfitness.com or call 1-754-251-1631. We may assist in opening a carrier trace or reviewing the shipment status.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Confirm that the shipping address provided at checkout was correct
  • Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or mailroom personnel
  • Check any delivery instructions or safe-drop locations
  • Contact us so we can review the matter with you

Damaged Packages

  • Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, and item
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ultimatewellnessfitness.com
  • Retain all packaging materials until the claim is reviewed

Any resolution for damaged, defective, or incorrect items remains subject to our review and to the terms of our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the missing item details. We will review the matter and determine the appropriate next step, which may include reshipment, partial refund, or another resolution where applicable.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval and the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Items must generally be unused, undamaged, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

  • Return shipping responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including the cost of the return shipping label, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Prepaid labels: We do not provide prepaid return labels as part of our standard return process.
  • Refund timing: Approved refunds are generally issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Address Accuracy and Failed Delivery

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues, delays, failed delivery attempts, losses, or additional fees resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to sender due to an address issue, failed delivery, refusal, or inability to complete delivery, any reshipment will be at the customer’s expense and may also be subject to additional carrier or restocking charges where applicable.
